Refund policy

All sales are final. Be-Smiley does not accept returns and we have a no cancellation/refund policy. Customer satisfaction is our main goal so please do not hesitate to reach out at any time should you have any questions or concerns.

Damaged or Defective Products

When you receive your Be-Smiley shipment, please inspect your product and package for any damage or defects within 24 hours upon arrival. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact besmileyshea@gmail.com right away so that we can further assist you and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Please note, due to various climate changes, our whipped body butters and emulsified sugar scrubs could possibly melt if exposed to high temperatures or left outside in the heat for long periods of time. If you should experience any melting of your product, please contact us and we will happily instruct you as to how to restore your product to its wonderful creamy and fluffy state. We have enclosed a stir stick to fuse your body butter back together in case of separation. Although it may not be as full due to the loss of its whipped consistency, it is still a good and usable product.

A nonrefundable deposit is required for all private events with a minimum of 5 people.
